Who. What. Where.

“We do not become healers.
We came as healers. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.

We do not become storytellers.
We came as carriers of the stories that
we and our ancestors actually lived. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.

We do not become artists. We came as artists. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.

We do not become writers.. dancers.. musicians.. helpers.. peacemakers. We came as such. We are.
Some of us are still catching up to what we are.

We do not learn to love in this sense. We came as Love. We are Love. Some of us are still catching up to who we truly are.”~

Hello, I’m Sarah, I am an experienced Creative Psychotherapist working particularly with women, and I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

My aim is to support you on a journey that guides you through the ‘grit, this could include depression, low self esteem, trauma, grief or feeling stuck, to discover the ‘gratitude’ and ‘grace’ of embracing a fulfilled and expressed life.  With deep empathy and grace, I invite you to wander off the well worn path of past familial behaviours onto the path of rediscovery and soul-liberation.

I specialise in empowering women to live full lives and know their worth.

To live fully embodied; to be expansive, expressive, creative, daring and in tune with their sensual lives.

To be in full integrity with self.

Creating a place to heal the deepest of wounds.

To allow joy and wonder to entertain the spirit and entice it to be fully present in the body.

To be embodied for all of life’s pleasures once again!

What can you expect?

Confidentiality – for me this is key. I believe in an honest and interactive client/therapist relationship which means I will often invite you to undertake homework in order to fully develop the tools you explore in session. I am someone who will support you and encourage you to heal and be the best person you are able to be, giving you a creative and cognitive experience in session, and an invitation to explore the blocked emotions that hold us back from living fully.

You can expect a compassionate and empathetic approach to the work, whilst also working towards empowering you to lead and live a full life (from a person who is doing her own work!). I fully believe that I can only take someone where I am prepared to go, therefore I regularly have my own therapy, supervision, attend CPD training and have a vested interest in exploring my own soma and psyche.

Would you like to find out more about how I can help?  Please do get in touch!

Together we find opportunities to move past these blocks and begin to transform both yourself and your life.  To finally become the person you have always wanted to be.  Fully embodied, alive and aware of your needs, happy to meet your own needs and confident to move forward.

Training, qualifications & experience

A registered member of the Health and Care Professionals Council, I am governed by their Code of Ethics. I’ve worked with groups and 1:1 for 18 years, assisting women to become more confident and self expressed in their lives.

I have a keen interest in working with grief and loss, and I have volunteered at a local hospice supporting those that have suffered a bereavement. I am also dancer and body worker and believe our body holds much of the information we need in order to heal. I work with a very somatic based approach to my work.
